The full event includes a morning presentation, an elected officials panel, an East-West Gateway Expo, and our Annual Meeting Luncheon, which includes our Outstanding Local Government Achievement (OLGA) Awards Ceremony!

Celebrate EWG's 60th anniversary with our region's elected officials and civic supporters. The luncheon includes EWG's annual membership meeting and presentation of the 2025 Local Government Achievement (OLGA) Award honorees. Tickets available for purchase through November 3, 2025. A $75 early bird ticket price is available through October 17. Regular ticket prices are $85 after October 17.

Learn about regional initiatives to rapidly reduce violent crime and solve homelessness with dignity through permanent housing. Free, registration required.

East-West Gateway Expo
10 - 11:45 a.m.
Help us celebrate EWG's 60th anniversary by visiting information tables to learn about EWG departments and programs that can directly benefit your community. Free, no registration required.
Elected Officials Panel: Developing a Regional Vision for Success
10:30 - 11:30 a.m.
Hear our region's top elected officials in a moderated discussion addressing emerging efforts to develop a strategic plan for the St. Louis region that leverages regional collaboration and assets through the development of a common vision to drive action for a brighter future. Free, registration required.

Tickets/registration are required for the Luncheon & Annual Meeting, the 9 a.m. presentations, and the 10:30 a.m. regional elected officials panel.

Luncheon/Annual Meeting: You may purchase individual tickets or a table (8 seats). Tickets may be purchased through November 3rd.

• Individual tickets - $85 ($75 early bird tickets sold through October 17)
• Table tickets (8 seats) - $660 ($600 early bird tickets sold through October 17)
  9 a.m. Presentation on Save Lives Now! and Bridge to Home: The event is free, however registration via this EventBrite is required.
  10 to 11:45 am. EWG Expo: The event is free. Registration is not required.
  10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Elected Officials Panel Discussion: The event is free, however registration via this EventBrite is required.
  

Free parking is available at Stadium East Parking Garage, 200 S. Broadway, St. Louis, MO 63102. Guests must bring their Stadium East Parking Garage entrance ticket to the event for validation to receive complimentary free parking. The garage accepts credit and debit cards only - no cash is accepted.
