East View Coffee Cupping

Join us for our weekly production coffee cupping—the process we use to evaluate the quality and consistency of each week’s roasts.

We’ll prepare and taste the coffees using industry-standard cupping practices, then discuss what we notice in the aroma, flavor, acidity, body and overall cup. You’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at how we monitor our coffee and make decisions in the roastery.
