Learn the contract and relax techniques of PNF stretching plus other solo and partner assisted techniques to release fascia, tight muscles and unlock your joints so you can move with ease. This system is so powerful and effective, you only need to practice once or twice a week to get great results.
During this 5 week program, we will focus on releasing your hamstrings, hips, back and shoulders to improve posture and increase range of motion.
This program is located upstairs in the Canucks Family Education Centre (above the daycare and next to the park).
One other program is located at Kits Community Centre.
All classes are instructed by Rob Cole, owner of Stretch Therapy Vancouver.
