About this event https://www.mobilize.us/arizonald17/event/392577/ Join the East Valley Democrats of Districts 12, 16, 17, 18, 25, and 26 as well as the East Valley chapter of the NAACP to pack emergency food bags at United Food Bank in Mesa! UFB provides more than 1.5 million pounds of food each month to food insecure families in the East Valley.
Masks are now optional, but closed-toed shoes are required. Safety precautions are in place. We are limiting the number of attendees to maintain safe social distancing.

Notes from the organizer: Packing events involve 2 hours of walking while carrying approximately 10lbs. We are also in need of a counter and a few people to prep the bags. Both of those jobs can be done while seated.
