East TO Women's Wellness Circle | Summer Solstice Story Sticks
About this Event
An Expressive Practice for Allowing Clarity and Intuition to Emerge
The Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year, a time to pause and notice what has taken root in your life, what is asking for your attention, and what you want to nurture in the months ahead, while connecting in circle with other women.
Join community artist Pamela Schuller for an evening of reflection, creativity and connection through the making of Story Sticks.
Using yarn, colour, and texture, you will create a personal Story Stick while exploring themes of light, insight, intention, and change. The process is simple and accessible. As you wrap, thoughts, feelings, and inner knowing take shape in unexpected ways. What can feel difficult to name sometimes becomes easier to see, feel, and embody.
Participants often describe moments of recognition during the process—a body-felt sense of "yes," clarity, or something important coming into focus through the work of their hands.
