East Tennessee Holistic Health Fair

The East Tennessee Holistic Health Fair is a community event designed to introduce individuals and families to the wide range of natural and holistic approaches to health available in our region.
Whether you are just beginning to explore alternative wellness or are already familiar with holistic practices, the fair offers an opportunity to learn, ask questions, and connect with local practitioners in a welcoming and relaxed environment.
Throughout the day, you can meet a variety of holistic health professionals, experience demonstrations, and explore different modalities—from bodywork and nutrition to energy healing, intuitive readings, and more. Many practitioners will offer mini-experiences and interactive opportunities so you can get a feel for their work firsthand.
In addition to visiting vendor tables, attendees can participate in short talks and optional sessions such as yoga, breathwork, or guided meditation. These experiences are designed to help you better understand your body, explore different pathways to health, and discover what resonates with you.
