About this Event
In this healing circle, connect with fellow LGBTQ+ people through guided meditation exercises, group discussion and modes of play, in a warm, inclusive and supportive environment.
If you feel like you need to ground yourself surrounded by like-minded individuals in a low-pressure, open format, please come along!
All exercises will be optional and can be adapted to any accessibility needs.
About the facilitator
Vidya Divakaran (she/her) is a comedy producer and theatre-maker from East London.
She is passionate about amplifying the voices of marginalised performers and is currently part of the Theatre Deli team supporting emerging and experimental artists in the centre of London.
Vidya also cohosts Soft Play Area, a queer alternative comedy night dedicated to joy and silliness.

Covid safety at the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre
To keep our community safe, we ask that all visitors do not visit the centre if they are feeling any Covid-19 symptoms including headache, fever, sore throat, consistent cough and chills.
You can wear a mask if you feel more comfortable. We also have masks and hand sanitiser available at the Centre.
