This 33-acre site contains rolling hills and a flat, central area with an open meadow that provides beautiful views of Mt. Rainier, plus it provides a connection to the Soos Creek Regional Trail that runs directly adjacent to the property. The park plan will be organized in a way that development may be broken into multiple phases with construction occurring over several years.
