Join the East Hartford Local Prevention Council (EH LPC)! The EH LPC is a coalition of diverse community members with the goal of preventing substance misuse in East Hartford youth. New members are always welcome!We will be joined by Tricia Dahl, Community Educator on Vaping from the Yale School of Medicine, for a presentation about youth vaping and the Kick-Nic program.
