This is a family-friendly drop-in event focused on elevating the voice of the community while sharing information about the East End Small Area Plan process and progress. We want to hear your thoughts on housing, transportation, open space, safety, recreation, personal services, and amenities.

Unable to attend the Open House? Updates to the plan will be provided at the Planning Commission meeting on November 5th and all information will be posted on Engage Lancaster for review and comment.
Please note, the County of Lancaster owns the prison site. The City of Lancaster is leading this planning effort to inform recommendations for what comes next by identifying what neighbors would like to see and what would fit best in the neighborhood.
