East Blocks with Pagewood and Wile Interests

Walking Houston is incredibly excited to take you through an in-depth tour of the future East Blocks development!

A project 50 years in the making, Pagewood and Wile Interests are transforming Houston's EaDo into a walkable oasis. The development includes an assemblage of warehouses that will pay homage to east downtown's past while creating an entertainment district not seen before in Houston.

The project is expected to include 200,000 square feet of retail space, 120,000 square feet of office space, and 545 parking spaces.

To kick off the event, Walking Houston will sit down for an exclusive interview with CEOs Paul Coonrod of Pagewood and Randy Wile of Wile Interests to find out how this incredible project came together.

After the interview, tour the warehouses and buildings soon to be transformed into Houston's most walkable district with the development team and fellow Walking Houston members.

To end the night, members and their guests will be able to enjoy cocktails from Sunday Social, view specialty art pieces and meet with local East End artists, and enjoy live music.
