East Bay Open Studios Opening Party

We're kicking off this Summer's in the BEST way possible!

Join us on Saturday, May 30th from 11am - 5 pm at The Orchard Gallery for our Opening Party & Community exhibition. This is a FREE and family-friendly day of beautiful art, music, and loving community. Try your hand at fun art activities, explore the art of 100+ East Bay Open Studios artists and enjoy delicious bites from Black Forest Kitchen.

The centerpiece of the party will be our Community Exhibition , featuring a mix of artwork by participating East Bay Open Studios artists. Come mingle with talented creatives from your community, preview their beautiful creations, and make a plan to see more of their work at East Bay Open Studios June 6-7 and June 13 - 14. (And get a head start on adding to your collection at this special preview!)

About East Bay Open Studios

East Bay Open Studios is a two week event where artists across the East Bay area invite the public into their workspaces to explore and shop.

Established in 1974, originally administered and funded by the Alameda County Neighborhood Arts Program (which then evolved to become ProArts), East Bay Open Studios (EBOS) was one of the first of such programs in the country. Since its beginnings, East Bay Open Studios has presented an annual, free and family-friendly, self-guided tour of artist studios and exhibition spaces throughout the East Bay (Alameda and Contra Costa Counties).

Hosted by Oakland Art Murmur, East Bay Open Studios is a multi-weekend event that invites the public to experience art where it happens—inside artist studios, galleries, cultural hubs, and unexpected spaces. Since its inception, EBOS has been a free, family-friendly, self-guided tour showcasing the diverse creative talent of the East Bay (Alameda and Contra Costa Counties).
