Bring the entire family out to a day of free games, activities, health screenings and school supply distribution to children in attendance while supplies last. Please note that children MUST be physically present to receive school supplies.

After registering through Eventbrite you will receive an email confirmation containing a link to a Google Form that must be filled out and submitted to complete the registration process for this event. Please be sure to complete the form in advance of the event.
