Know Before You Go:

· WHEN: Friday March 7th, 2025 from 6pm-midnight (early access at 5:30pm for VIP patrons).

· WHERE: The iconic Stutz Building downtown Indianapolis (1060 N Capitol Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46204).

· WHO: All are welcome! However, this event is 21 and over. Penrod (www.penrod.org), in collaboration with the Stutz Artists Association (www.stutzartists.org), will be hosting this event.

· ATTIRE (is Festive Cocktail): Floors 2 thru 4 of the Stutz Building will be themed based on the colors of the Penrod color wheel (Blue, purple, green, red, orange, and yellow). Feel free to tie any of these colors into your Festive Cocktail attire, if you feel so inclined!

· WHAT (is included with your ticket): A curated variety of gourmet food experiences, open bar with premium bespoke cocktails, champagne, and beer, live music, unique and exciting entertainment concepts, and a showcase of original artwork by talented local artists (that is available for purchase).

VIP tickets will offer early access to the event starting at 5:30pm, complimentary valet parking (although we strongly encourage you to enjoy the evening responsibly and use a ride sharing service), an exclusive VIP area in Vision Loft at the Stutz Building from 5:30pm – 9:00pm with elevated premium food, drink, art, live music, and entertainment experiences, and an automatic entry into the high-value ‘Exclusive Easel Experience’ By Penrod Sweepstakes! You won’t want to miss out on this experience!

· PARKING: Valet and nearby self-parking will be available; however, we strongly encourage all of our patrons to enjoy the evening responsibly and use a ride service, if possible.

· PHILANTHROPIC INITIATIVE: Proceeds from ‘Easel’ by Penrod support a broad array of arts, cultural, and educational activities and institutions throughout Central Indiana via an annual grant process.

• Your ticket to ‘Easel’ By Penrod includes complimentary admission to the 58th Annual Penrod Arts Fair® on Saturday, September 6th, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m on the beautiful campus of Newfields.

Detailed Agenda:

· The event agenda for ‘Easel’ By Penrod Friday March 7th, 2025 at the Stutz Building will be as follows:

o 5:30pm – VIP early access (there will be a dedicated VIP area in the Vision Loft space at the Stutz Building from 5:30pm – 9:00pm)

o 6:00 – 9:00pm – General Admission begins at 6:00pm. Explore floors 1-4 of the iconic Stutz Building, where we will showcase artist studios offering original works for purchase and unique art experiences, live music and other unique entertainment, as well as all-inclusive premium food and drink offerings.

o 9:00pm – The ‘Easel’ by Penrod Awards presentation celebrating artistic excellence, followed by the ‘Exclusive Easel Experience’ By Penrod Sweepstakes in the Vision Loft space at the Stutz Building. You won’t want to miss this!

o 9:15pm – Midnight – Reception in the Vision Loft space at the Stutz Building with an unforgettable headliner band. All-inclusive premium food and drink offerings will continue in the Vision Loft space.
