If menopause has been testing your body, sleep, mood, or confidence, you’re not alone. Join us for a nurturing Women’s Circle blending somatic yoga, healing practices, and meditation to calm the nervous system, ease common symptoms, and help you feel more at home in your changing body.
What you’ll experience-
1) Somatic Yoga for Menopause (gentle + therapeutic) with Jessica- 75 min
A slow, body-led practice that supports your nervous system and helps release stored tension. You’ll be guided through mindful movement and breath to create ease in the body and steadiness in the mind.
2) Healing Session & Women’s Circle (sharing is optional) with Jak (75 min) - A soothing session designed to help you soften, reset, and reconnect. You’ll be supported to unwind stress and come back to a sense of safety and calm within yourself.
Break -15min
3) Deep Relaxation (15min Vani)
Grounding meditation and guided rest to settle the mind, nourish your energy, and support emotional balance—especially helpful when stress amplifies symptoms. A compassionate space to share, listen, and feel less alone. No fixing, no pressure—just support and connection.

This circle offers practical, body-based tools to help you:
● reduce stress and regulate the nervous system
● manage overwhelm, anxiety, and emotional waves
● support sleep and ease restlessness
● relieve tension held in the body
● feel more confident navigating menopause symptoms
● return to self-care that is gentle, realistic, and nourishing
To complete the theme of nourishment, light snacks will be provided—a simple moment to slow down, sip, nibble, and connect.

No yoga experience needed—this is gentle, accessible, and guided with care.

● Comfortable clothing
