Join us for a lovely EarthDay Spirit Hike experience at the enchanting Anglin Falls in the Clear Creek Valley in Berea! We will be centering ourselves with the Earth, engaging in a friendly and openminded hike, and learning in community as we trek through the Anglin Creek Vale!
We will be engaging with the geological history and unique features of the creek, meeting native plants, practicing some intuitive journaling, and engaging with the energies of the falls through ancient story, meditation, and perhaps some Earth Embrace (hugging the ground/stones/trees!)
We cannot wait to hold space with you as we connect as an intentional community to the unique energies of the falls!
Friendly Facilitators of this hike will be Kevin Gunter, Amy Figgs, and Frank George!
$20 suggested donation to support trail maintenance and facilitator work!
We would love to share space with you!
Bring water, a journal/pen, snack for the trail, and anything you need to feel engaged, safe, and connected spiritually.
We are committed to "leave no trace." Please follow the trail rule of not collecting natural items from the trail.
PLEASE NOTE:
Anglin Falls is a seasonal waterfall, meaning its flow status depends on rain levels; this shouldn't be an issue, but it is possible that the falls may not be as active if we have a dry spell.
Hike Difficulty:
90% of the hike is very manageable, but towards the end, there is some clambering up of large rock structures in the trail. The return journey can be a little bit tricky, but we intend to go slow and steady and help one another feel safe and comfortable!
