On Saturday, April 19, 2025, Earthbound will play their highly-anticipated annual outdoor concert, Earthbound’s Earthfest, at Avondale Brewery! (201 41st St. S.). Open to all ages (under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian), this family-friendly event’s purpose is to raise awareness for Earth Day and raise funds for Black Warrior Riverkeeper. This nonprofit organizatiom is dedicated to improving water quality, habitat, recreation, and public health throughout the Black Warrior River watershed, which provides approximately half of Birmingham’s drinking water. Throughout the event, Earthbound will play several sets, joined by speeches from Riverkeeper and exhibits from local artists. Optional donations from the audience and merchandise sales will support Black Warrior Riverkeeper’s efforts to protect local waterways and drinking water sources.
