In this class, we take time to press pause on the week past and the week ahead. Focusing on a moment of calm before returning to the busyness of the everyday, I invite you to see this class as an opportunity to ground. Cherry Dusk Yoga Earth Flow combines gentle yoga practice with breath and meditation techniques to ease the body and mind.

A mat is required, and pillows/blankets/bolsters are encouraged. Warm drinks provided after, relaxation provided throughout. 🌿
