Join us for a gardening workshop with Growing Concerns (), as a part of our Earth Week workshops taking place at The Loop - Hackney Wick first circular business hub - end of cycle celebration at Wallis Road, Hackney Wick.

In this short, hands‑on introduction, visitors will learn how to choose the right plants for the season, understand what’s currently thriving, and get practical guidance on seeds, perennials and shrubs suited to balconies, window boxes or small gardens.

The Growing Concerns team will walk you through soil and compost options, explain how to create colourful displays using seasonal plants like pansies, aubrieta, campanula and geraniums, and help you identify what to plant now to prepare for the months ahead. It’s a friendly, accessible session designed to give you confidence in transforming your outdoor space, even if you’re starting small.
