What’s the secret to balancing relationships, a career, and health in a way that feels more harmonious?
It’s the incorporation of mindfulness into your routine that replenishes and supports your spiritual, mental, and emotional well-being. Our workshops will help you take a step out of the cynical spiral of your routine and begin creating space for yourself.
We invite you to join our Earth Nature Walk on Saturday, July 27 at 9 am et. During this event, your self-care facilitator, Kara Clark, will lead you on a guided nature walk where you’ll learn how to walk with your senses and body awareness while showing gratitude to your mind, body, spirit, and the world around you.
This workshop is thoughtfully crafted to ensure accessibility for all participants, inviting everyone to connect deeply with the Earth and its innate wisdom.
