How can I help protect my local river? Do beavers have favorite plants? What's a riparian zone? Dive into these questions and more as we learn about the plants and animals that help keep our environment alive and thriving. Register here: https://events.spokanelibrary.org/event/7019548
Participants will experiment with beaver dam designs, explore plant species local to Spokane, and leave with new ideas for supporting their local ecosystems. Presented by the Spokane Public Library & The Lands Council. Participants under the age of 11 must be attended by a caregiver.
