Board member of the Norwalk Land Trust Bill Wrenn will be leading a guided "Forest Bathing" trail walk at Oak Hills Park on the morning of Earth Day. Taking a forest bathing walk has proven health benefits that include lowering blood pressure, improving concentration, and enhancing the immune system.
Good shoes and an open mind are the only things necessary to fully enjoy the experience.
