Earth Day Planting + Story Time

Celebrate Earth Day a little early at The Shops at Farmington Valley!On Saturday, April 19, we're partnering with Winterberry Gardens and Barnes and Noble for a morning all about getting your hands a little dirty, in the best possible way. Kids will get to plant their very own micro tomato seedling to take home and grow, guided by the experts at Winterberry Gardens. Then head inside Barnes & Noble for a special Earth Day storytime, where young readers will gather for a story celebrating our planet. This is the perfect morning to slow down, step outside, and start something that grows, whether it's a tomato plant or a love of the earth. Free, but please pre-register so we know how many kids to expect.Family-friendly. All are welcome.
