🌎✨ Celebrate Earth Day on the Midland Greenway! ✨🌿Join us for a fun and interactive afternoon at our very first Science on Main Street event, part of our 2026 Science Series!
This Earth Day celebration is all about connecting our community with the science and beauty of the natural world right here in Gainesville.

📍 Midland Greenway (find our tents near the large shade structures, between the amphitheater and playground)
Hosted in collaboration with Main Street Gainesville, Gainesville Parks and Recreation, Gainesville Department of Water Resources, Chattahoochee Riverkeepers, and Elachee Nature Science Center!
🌱 What to expect:
• Hands-on science activities
• Pond clean-up & trash clean-up efforts (jump in and make a difference!)
• Learn about local conservation and water stewardship
• Family-friendly fun for all ages
Whether you’re passionate about protecting our waterways, love getting your hands dirty for a good cause, or just want to enjoy a spring afternoon outdoors, there’s something for everyone! Let’s celebrate Earth Day together and make a lasting impact in our community.
