About this Event

Join us for an EARTH DAY Full Moon Flow - Flower Mandala Creation with Cacao Ceremony, rejuvenating Yoga session, and Sound Healing experience as we gather in community. This unique event will take place on Monday, April 22 at 7 pm on Delray Beach South End 4 (see photo of the map for more details). Together we'll create a supporting and healing container to release the old and welcome in the new with gratitude in our hearts.

Together we will be creating a beautiful flower mandala as an offering to the Mother Earth, followed by Cacao Ceremony, where we'll set intentions and connect with this sacred plant medicine.

Ceremonial Cacao is non psychedelic. Please no alcohol on the day of the ceremony and caffeine 3 hours before and after the event

We'll then activate our life force energy, breathe consciously, promote balance and inner harmony with Gentle Yoga Flow.

To end, immerse yourself in the rejuvenating Sound Healing session. Let the gentle vibrations of ocean, powerful gong, crystal singing bowls, and chimes wash over you, releasing any tension and promoting relaxation.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to these practices, this event is open to all levels. Come as you are, bring your mat, water bottle and join us for an unforgettable evening of movement, connection and healing in a community of like-minded individuals.

Energy Exchange: $30 plus Eventbrite fees OR Cash/Zelle accepted on site. BRING A FRIEND FOR FREE as our gratitude offering

Bring: yoga mat/blanket, optional pillow and extra layers to get comfortable for the Sound Healing Experience as your body relaxes and unwinds, naturally cooling down.

Kadi Kanep is a community co-creator, movement facilitator, and dedicated yogini. For her, Yoga is so much more than just a physical movement. She truly believes that the most significant gifts of Yoga can be seen not only on the mat but off the mat, in everyday life. With dedication and constant practice, Yoga is truly a powerful tool to transform our lives to more genuine and fulfilled states of being, expand our consciousness, and ultimately transcend it. Kadi holds certifications in 200 RYT Hatha and 100 RYT Vinyasa Yoga. David Lepp has an extensive background in alternative healing, with over 25 years of experience in globally known 5-star spas, connecting with customers worldwide. Over time, he came to find the most joy and passion using Sound Healing as a primary tool to help improve physical and emotional health. And the overall benefits of ultimate relaxation, both during 1-on-1 and group experiences. David now regularly guides sound baths and Yoga Nidra meditations for groups and private clients. Marit Tuisk embarked on this healing journey of self-discovery over 15 years ago, learning to thrive while living with an autoimmune disease. She began by embracing a plant-based diet and alternative medicines. She started her mindfulness practice through Yoga and discovered the beautiful art of Meditation and Energy Healing shortly after.
