Join us for a chill morning of yoga, sound bowl bath, and giving back to the planet in a fun, feel-good way!
About this Event

Join us for a morning of movement, restoration, and connection—with yourself and the earth.

We’ll begin with a gentle, grounding yoga flow, easing into the body and breath, followed by a soothing sound bath to help you fully relax and reset.

For those who feel called, we’ll close by giving back with a light beach clean-up, honoring the space that holds us. Buckets and clean up supplies provided. Just bring your yoga mat and an open heart.
