About this Event
Meet up near Sea Salt at Minnehaha Park at 9:30AM for our annual Earth Day Clean Up, part of a citywide cleanup effort coordinated by Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board. This is a family friendly event! And it's a great opportunity to get outside and share your love of nature and the park with friends or family and celebrate spring while making the park more beautiful.
We'll help you sign in and give you instructions at the Friends of Minnehaha Park registration table. After borrowing equipment, volunteers can spread out at the park, in whatever zone they choose. Wearing sturdy shoes and dressing in layers is recommended. Bring your own gloves if you'd like.
