Earth Day Celebration & Ladybug Release!This event is hosted and partnered with Horizon Health and Wellness, located at 625 N Plaza Drive, Apache Junction, AZ 85120.
Come learn how keeping our community healthy keeps us healthy.
Plant seedlings, listen to music, sample delicious fruit/veggies and create art. The park will be filled with interesting facts about ladybugs and Palo Verde trees. There will be an onsite Teddy Bear Checkup clinic. Grab your stuffed animals and dolls and bring them in for a free wellness check!
Release thousands of ladybugs between 9:30am-12pm. Releasing the ladybugs is a hands-on experience, so we recommend following all the posted guidelines. Ladybugs are not harmful to humans. We would like to thank Kabat's Ace for the donation of the ladybugs and for the seedlings.
