(Early) Swimming Pool Sound Bath Series | Thrive Quarry Trails Pool

Join the hOm Sound Bath team in the dreamiest Summer sound bath series, floating in the beautiful Thrive Quarry Trails Pool listening to the healing and relaxing tones of hOm's tranquil sound bath experience.
Sound baths are a beautiful way to relax, but a sound bath while floating in a swimming pool? Say no more... (we had to try one out ourselves just to make sure, and trust us, it's amazing)
Our friends at Thrive and AquaFlowFit have teamed up with us to create one of the most serene experiences we've had the privilege to offer.
1. You have the option to either lounge around the pool during the sound bath or safely climb onto one of our AquaFlowFit rafts and drift peacefully across the water under the open sky (Purchase your ticket accordingly)
2. You should wear swim trunks and bring a towel (or two)
3. The sound bath will start fifteen minutes after the event start time. Please arrive on time.
4. We will have blankets for each raft (your body temperature drops as you relax, we've got you covered... literally)

Will I get wet?
Your feet may get wet as you climb onto the floating raft, but all of our initial participants stayed dry. We recommend a towel to fold up as a pillow and as a... well... towel. You are welcome to swim in the pool before/after the sound bath until the event ends.

What do I bring?
Please wear swim trunks just in case. The floatation rafts are very sturdy, but you may get wet getting on/off the rafts.
Bring a towel or two to use as a pillow and a towel.
You may bring a pillow if you don't mind the risk of it getting wet.
You may bring a blanket to use as well.
We also suggest bringing bug spray. This is an outdoor event during the Summer in Ohio which means there is a chance of bugs.

Is it safe?
Yes! We will have someone in the water gently moving the rafts around as well as multiple practitioners actively watching to ensure everyone is safe and sound (bath).

REFUND POLICY:
Refunds will be issued if the event is canceled due to weather or for any reason.
We do not accept refunds requested the day of the events.
