Melina Sterling is a Costa Rican-Canadian Alternative Ghost-Folk artist based in Edmonton, AB. Her artistry is a dynamic blend of intimate storytelling, rich open tunings, and raw alt-rock crescendos that leave the room in a trance. With a whimsical stage presence and haunting, delicate vocals, her vulnerability brings an expressive, soul-baring energy to the stage.Since launching her career in Vancouver’s DTES in 2022, Melina has used music as a guiding light through the turbulence of life and the depths of her mental health challenges. Now a vocal advocate, she blends playfulness with radical honesty, creating a safe space for audiences to engage with the complexities of the world.
