Early Learning Fall Institute 2024 Exhibitor Registration

The Fall Institute is a great opportunity to share your products with hundreds of early childhood professionals from across the state. Iowa AEYC will review all registrations received and send confirmation of acceptance to the designated representative of the organization.

N ote: If you need more than one table for exhibiting please select the ticket option of additional table on your order before you hit the check out button. This will let us know how many tables you will need.

Lunches: Paying exhibitors receive one free lunch per day. You will need to order additional lunches for the addtional people at your booth, you can request them on this exhibitor registration form. The cost of an additional lunch is $35/day and due at time of registration.

Exhibiting Time:

Set up time: 6:00 am - 7:00 am both days

Exhibit time: 7:00 am - 2:30 pm both days

Included in registration:

1. ONE table with black table cloth (Unless you paid to add a table)
2. Two chairs
3. Waste Basket
4. Power Strip (If requested in registration)

Cancellation Policy: Partial refunds will be made for cancellations. To receive a refund you must notify Jonni Solum by email, [email protected] no later than September 25, 2024 at 5:00 pm. After September 25, absolutely no refunds will be given and any outstanding invoices must be paid.
