Early Bird Sprints

Two back-to-back sprint sessions to jumpstart your day.

For each, you'll set an intentional, quantifiable goal on our giant chalkboard. Then you'll work on your own for 45 minutes. When time is up, we'll bring the group back to the board to talk about how everyone did, with light coaching about goal-setting and time management.

We'll have plenty of coffee and tea to help you start the day.
