Join us on Saturday, November 8th from 3-5pm to learn about the use of auricular acupuncture and ear seeds to treat stress, anxiety, insomnia, addiction and more. Learn these effective techniques to support yourself and your community. Registration required by Nov. 1st.
In this workshop you will:
– learn the history of auricular protocols
– learn safe and effective uses for ear seeds for home use
– learn point protocols to help balance your nervous system and help you feel better
– leave with a guide to using ear seeds, a set of ear seeds and the tools needed to apply them
Your Ear Seeds Workshop will be taught by acupuncturist and herbalist Nicole Maniez who owns Jersey Community Acupuncture at 21 Stangl Rd in Flemington NJ. With over 16 years of experience, Nicole will explain the history of these simple self-care techniques so you can be empowered in your own healing. This workshop will take place at Flemington DIY. Bring a friend and learn together. Pre-registration required by November 1st. Sliding scale registration with all proceeds benefiting Flemington DIY. $10-$40 – pay what you can afford.
