About this Event
On September 30th, National Day of Truth and Reconciliation, we will honour Indian residential school survivors with an Eagle Feather. It is a gift and will be yours to carry with you or gift.
If you are a survivor of Indian residential schools, please register here to be honoured during our Eagle Feather Ceremony on Parliament Hill at 8:30 am on September 30, 2021.
If you choose, you will have seating in front for our national opening ceremony: Remember Me: A National Day of Remembrance. Click here for the official website: Remember Me Website.
We hope that you will accept an Eagle Feather as a gesture of gratitude.
We honour you because you have shown strength and given us all the courage and humility to heal.
We also hope that you will lead us in our national walk for truth and reconciliation and join us for a day of ceremony at Confederation Park in Ottawa.
