Must be a DOD cardholder

Run your 5k, submit your results.

Proof of participation is required for prizes.

Join the facebook event for each race and upload a screenshot of your race metrics into the discussion by 11:59 pm on the last day of each race to submit your results! Participants who complete all 5 races will qualify to earn a medal

You are in charge of timing yourself.
