Join us for a sunset hike & breathwork. This hike is beginner friendly with minimal hills with a distance of 4 miles. Halfway through our hike, we will journey into a secluded spot for a quick breathwork session focused on connecting with nature.
We will meet at the Eadsville (skunk hollow) trail head on Casper Mountain. Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes early as we will leave promptly at 4:30. We will aim to finish by 7pm.
Please bring water, a yoga mat/blanket and a jacket.
