SPRING CLEANING! Household electronic waste (e-waste) is considered hazardous waste, which should NOT be disposed of in your trash bins at home! We are hosting this e-waste drive thru event to make it easier for you to properly dispose of your e-waste and protect the environment and our community!
Join us on Sunday, May 26th from 8:30am to 2:30pm in parking lot P6 on Fresno State’s campus, which is the large lot to the east of the Peters Business building that is now completely covered with the new solar panels. The address listed (5245 N Backer Ave. Fresno, CA 93740) will take you to the Peters Business building. Please enter the parking lot from Woodrow, either coming from Shaw or Barstow.
Items accepted for free:
Laptops, tablets, smartphones, TVs, PCs, monitors, audio equipment, routers, and more.
Items accepted for small fees:
($5) Toasters, air fryers, vacuums, coffee makers, blenders, and small appliances
($5-10) Printers
($15) Microwaves
Items not accepted at all:
Batteries, refrigerators, stoves, exercise equipment, solar panels, plotters, e-cigarettes, vapes or cartridges.
