E-Bike Safe Cycling Workshop
About this Event
This in-person workshop is targeted for e-bike riders of all levels. You will learn the rules of the road, best safe riding practices, bike etiquette, e-bike handling skills and more. The workshop features in-class and on bike portions and a short group ride to pull it all into focus!
This workshop is meant for riders of all levels, whether you are a seasoned commuter looking to know best practices, a parent looking for rules of the road to safely roll your kids to school or teens to understand traffic safety essentials and what is legal - or not. E-bike and non E-bike riders welcome.

- 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM: In-Class Instruction
- 10:00 AM - 10:45 AM: On-Bike Drills
- 10:45 AM - 11:15 PM: Bike Ride
- 11:15 AM - 11:30 PM: Closing
Meet at: Helms Design District; 8800 Venice Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90034. We're meeting under the Helms signt the corner of Venice and Helms.
What to Bring: A bike in good working order, helmet, comfortable clothing, including closed toed shoes, hat, water, snacks and sunscreen.
Registration is free and each participant must register separately. (a suggested donation of $35 is optional)
Each participant will receive a free phone holder and water bottle plus helmet, lights, lock and other gear.
