• Food & Drinks: Ambler Texas Kitchen + Cocktails open for walk-ins. Light bites available on the river level.
• Parking: Reserved for overnight guests only. Please use rideshare or VIA bus.

Do I need a ticket?

Yes, every guest must have their own ticket. Please bring a printed ticket or have it ready on your mobile device at check-in.

When should I arrive?

Check-in begins at 5PM. The pre-party runs from 5:30-7:30 PM, and the parade is estimated to pass by Hotel Contessa around 7:25-7:45 PM (arrival time provided by the city and may vary).

Where do I check in?

Check in on the lobby level of Hotel Contessa. You’ll receive your wristband and chair ticket for the River Walk seating area.

Is seating assigned?

Yes! You’ll select your own seats when purchasing tickets. Once purchased, seats cannot be changed.

What’s included with my ticket?

Access to the pre-party (mariachis, DJ, tastings, vendors & more), river-level seating, in/out hotel access, indoor lounge seating, and multiple restrooms and bars for your comfort.

Will there be food and drinks?

Yes! Grab-and-go tacos will be available on the River Patio, and Ambler Texas Kitchen + Cocktails will be open for walk-ins. Bars on property will serve drinks, including specialty cocktails.

Where can I park?

Parking at Hotel Contessa is reserved for overnight guests. We recommend using rideshare services or the VIA bus to access the River Walk easily.

Can I get a refund if my plans change?

All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
