¡Únete a celebrar el Día de los Muertos!Latinx Immigrants of Iowa y la Biblioteca Pública de Des Moines te invitan a nuestro 5º Aniversario del Día de los Muertos el domingo 2 de noviembre, de 4:00 a 6:30 p.m. en la Biblioteca Pública de Des Moines, 1000 Grand Avenue.
¡Ven y vive una vibrante celebración de vida y recuerdo!
Disfruta de hermosos altares tradicionales (ofrendas), flores de papel de colores, catrinas y catrines, y otros elementos culturales creados por nuestros voluntarios comunitarios.
✨ Habrá tamales, pan de muerto y una deliciosa bebida tradicional mientras haya.
💃 Disfruta presentaciones especiales de danza folklórica por Danza Folklorica del Oeste y Folklor Mexicano Stylo y Movimiento.
🤝 Organizaciones locales también estarán presentes para compartir información y recursos comunitarios.

Join us to celebrate the Day of the Dead!
Latinx Immigrants of Iowa and the Des Moines Public Library invite you to our 5th Annual Day of the Dead Celebration on Saturday, November 2, from 4:00 to 6:30 p.m. at the Des Moines Public Library, 1000 Grand Avenue.
Come and experience a vibrant celebration of life and remembrance!
Enjoy beautiful traditional altars (ofrendas), colorful paper flowers, catrinas and catrines, and other cultural elements created by our community volunteers.
✨ Enjoy tamales, pan de muerto, and a delicious traditional drink while supplies last!
💃 Enjoy special folkloric dance performances by Danza Folklorica del Oeste and Folklor Mexicano Stylo y Movimiento.
🤝 Local organizations will also be present to share information and community resources.
Free admission! Everyone is welcome.
