Día De Los Deadlifts

Join us for a unique celebration blending strength, culture, and community! We’ll be hosting two deadlift sessions: a Max Out Deadlift challenge for experienced lifters ready to test their limits, and a Beginner Deadlift workshop focused on learning proper technique in a safe and supportive environment.
Beyond the barbell, enjoy calavera-inspired face painting, refreshing Vampira mimosas, and a touch of tradition with the history of alebrijes. To honor the monarch butterflies, we’ll also be sharing milkweed seeds—a symbol of remembrance and renewal. Come lift, learn, and celebrate Día de los Muertos with us at O'Hare Fuerza!
