You grant the event organizers, promoters, and affiliates the irrevocable right to use your image, likeness, and voice in any photos, videos, or recordings for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes, in perpetuity, without compensation.

Liability Waiver: By attending, you waive all claims against the promoter for injury, property damage, or negligence.

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the promoter and its affiliates against any claims or legal action arising from your participation.

Arbitration: Any legal disputes will be resolved via arbitration in Los Angeles County, California.

Severability: If any part of these terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms will still apply.
