Dynamic PostureBeginning Tuesday April 28th 1:30 & 2:30 sessions
Six-week program designed to regain movement integrity. The focus will be on dynamic posture (posture during movement). This will help with balance, stability, strength, and confidence. Once we regain our movement integrity we can expand our circle of activities. Program is facilitated by Steve Avellino MFT, CES, SSF, SSN, CSCS, CET, TCS, ERS.
