Get ready for an exhilarating experience!In this workshop, you will learn the fundamentals of Dynamic Partner Aerial. Bases will learn how to safely execute various dynamic skills for their partner such as base positions, holds, transitions, drops and basic pops. Flyers will learn the form and technique to execute transitions, holds, drops and light pops. Some of the skills we will cover are various ankle holds, partner mounts, transitions, presses, partner drops and more! This workshop is perfect for aerialists who want to take their skills and technique to the next level. I'll guide you through each step of the process, giving you the tools and confidence you need to master these dynamic partner aerial skills. Join us for this unforgettable experience and take your aerial practice to new heights!
No partner is required, but you are more than welcome to bring one if you'd like!
Those who are newer to aerial arts may not be able to receive the full benefit of the workshop. HOWEVER, if you have an acro background you more than likely already have the base requirements needed for success. Basic partner acro skills such as foot to hand, a basic pull up, and star are more than enough to be able to get the full benefit of this workshop.
Consider workout pants that cover the knees, but don't go below your calves. This will make this workshop much easier for your partner! Knee pads are also incredibly helpful if you are newer to basing in dynamic partner aerial.
If you have trapeze boots, you are welcome to bring them!! They will make this workshop significantly easier!
