I know. How did our series go from First Friday to Third Sunday? Our cohousing annual retreat happens this weekend so we had to come up with a Plan B (hey in uncertain times, adaptability is the new normal
Fortunately, our feature performers are no foreigners to flexibility- and found an alternative date Sunday the 16th (still starting at 7 pm) that works for both their busy schedules. Join us mid-month when CK & CK team up for a night of duets, political satire, and poignant songs for our times. (S'il vous plait help us pass the word and forward this far and wide. Merci beaucoup)

Charlie King is a beloved musical storyteller and political satirist. He sings and writes passionately about the extraordinary lives of ordinary people. Pete Seeger hailed him as “One of the finest singers and songwriters of our time.”
Charlie has been at the heart of American folk music for over half a century and has been writing songs for the past 45 years. In October of 2017 he received the annual Phil Ochs Award, in recognition of his music and activism for social and political justice in the spirit of Phil Ochs. His songs have been recorded and sung by other performers such as Pete Seeger, Holly Near, Ronnie Gilbert, John McCutcheon, Arlo Guthrie, Peggy Seeger, Chad Mitchell and Judy Small. His most recent "Forget About the Epstein Files" is an underground classic.
Colleen Kattau is an award-winning bilingual vocalist songwriter who stirs listeners with her clear voice, collective spirit and rhythmic sensibility and energy. NERFA showcase artist Colleen Kattau’s music has been featured on Democracy Now. Her compositions are full of nature, social movements, and Latin American nueva canción. In 2019 she was invited to tour Italy to perform at the International Ritmi y danze dal mondo Festival and at the European Ecovillages Conference. Her most recent album is This Hen's Gonna Crow.
