This exciting event is perfect for any aerialist looking to master the art of aerial dynamic aerial skills. I'll guide you through the process of safely executing a variety of single and double foot drops, shoulder Rolls, and dynamic combos.Whether you're new to aerial arts or an experienced practitioner, this workshop is sure to challenge and inspire you. With a focus on safety and technique, you'll learn the proper form and conditioning to execute drops with confidence and precision, while also having an unforgettable time. These skills can also be incorporated into your aerial loop and chain routines! Don't miss out on this exciting opportunity to push your limits and soar to new heights!This workshop is perfect for Intermediate Aerialists and above. Please wear compression leggings or yoga pants that go down to your shins or ankles. Also please bring a polyester or spandex based long sleeve shirt that covers your entire torso and shoulders, and avoid loose clothing. You can also use arm sleeves, with a short sleeve shirt if you prefer.
For your safety, please no socks or foot coverings during this workshop. Even though they add coverage, they can reduce friction on the silks and are highly discouraged for foot drops.However, If you have trapeze boots or a high friction alternative, please bring them!! They will make things much easier!
