Are you ready to get unstuck? Would you like some possible emotional and/or physical healing? What about experiencing a non-ordinary (altered) state of consciousness? All or some of these experiences could happen for you in this "Dynamic Breathwork" session. Through this process you will be guided via music and a controlled breathing pattern. This will result in participants having their own individual experience of self discovery. Breath will be a wonderful ally on this journey. Vincent looks forward to sharing this unique and powerful breathwork adventure with you. How to have the best experience:
*eat a light lunch the day of the event ~ you do not want anything heavy in your system prior to event.
*What to bring with you: water bottle, blanket & pillow
*dress in loose comfortable clothing
Not recommended if you have/are:
* high blood pressure
*cardiovascular disease
*panic attacks
*seizures
*pregnant
Sunday October 6th from 3-5:30pm, doors will be open by 2:30pm. Please RSVP to Zen Acres as spaces are limited.

Parking available on King St. and our entrance is down the side drive on the west side of the building
