Thanks so much for your interest in the 31st Annual Dylanfest! We are looking forward to a great event. Please spread the word, invite some friends, and help us make this year’s festival the biggest and best yet! The Dylanfest is an 8-hour celebration of the music of Bob Dylan. We started it in 1991 and have been holding the event ever since. The show started with our band and a few friends doing 4 sets of Bob Dylan songs, and it has grown to a 8-hour event with over 40 musicians performing over 60 Dylan songs. Our band, Hard Rain, is the "house band", and we are joined by solo artists, full bands and instrumentalists throughout the course of the day. The show is at the Torrance Cultural Arts Center in the Torino Plaza. Bring a jacket for later...In case of rain, the event will go on, and we will move inside. General Admission Tickets- $30 in Advance, $35 at the Door.
VIP Tickets: $100- VIP tickets include: Entry fee ($35), Dylanfest T- Shirt ($20), Invitation to Dylanfest rehearsal 9/19 or 9/21, NEW Andy & Renee & Hard Rain CD ($15), Dylanfest Mug ($10), New Dylanfest Item ($10), Invite to Post-Dylanfest VIP meal ($30, subject to your availability), VIP Lanyard, your name on our "VIP Thank You" Board, PLUS your name goes into a drawing where the winner gets to count off "Like A Rolling Stone" 1-2-3-4!

COVID PROTOCOLS: Andy & Renee and Hard Rain value and respect every audience member we've ever played for. Because it's important to us that we all do what we can to keep each other safe from unintentional harm, we are following the covid guidelines set forth by the Beachlife Festival, as developed with Beach Cities Health District to provide the most up-to-date information and Covid-19 protocols for Dylanfest31.
In an effort to keep our guests and artists as safe as possible, we have implemented the following policies for Dylanfest31:
All artists & attendees must provide Photo ID and the following, in order to enter the festival:
1. Provide proof that they are fully vaccinated against COVID-19;
or
2. Provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test, taken within 72 hours Dylanfest. The earliest you can take the test in Wednesday, Sept. 22nd.
We will be checking documentation for every guest upon entry. Please be prepared to present your vaccination card or negative test result (a photo result saved to your phone is OK).
