Dylan LeBlanc grew up in the Deep South, but his languid Americana merges the insight of Townes Van Zandt and the shimmering harmonies and jangly guitar rock of Fleet Foxes. They play The Annex in Norfolk on Feb. 7 as part of the second North Shore Point show there. Advance tickets are $25. Doors at 7 p.m. Music at 8 p.m. This will be a partially-seated show. First come, first seated.
