Dying Gracefully: A Workshop on Death, Dignity, and IntentionWe spend much of our lives speaking about living—our goals, our adventures, the dreams we want to chase. Rarely, though, do we speak about dying. Death carries a social taboo. It’s the subject we push away, the shadow at the edge of every conversation.
And yet, death is not only an ending. It can be an opening. Alongside pain, there can also be presence. Alongside grief, there can be grace. Dying—our own or that of others—can hold elements of beauty, joy, and dignity, if we choose to bring them forward.
This workshop is an invitation to break the silence around death. Together, we will:
Explore our personal and cultural relationships with mortality.
Reimagine death as more than loss—perhaps even as art, ritual, or legacy.
Consider how intentionality can shape not only how we live, but how we die.
We will move gently through discussion, reflection, and creative exercises, treating the topic with both reverence and curiosity.
Death is unavoidable. But grace—grace can be chosen.
